DENTON — Meredith Mears and John Foster, advisors with SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate, have recently sold eight lots for development in Denton’s industrial park.
Five lots closed late last fall, and three are slated to close this spring. There is just one fully-entitled lot left for sale.
Denton Industrial Park is in Caroline County, which is uniquely situated and recognized as an industrial hub on the Eastern Shore. Centrally located right off of Route 404, the location provides direct access to major highways on the Delmarva Peninsula leading to Dover, Salisbury, Wilmington, Baltimore and Philadelphia.
“The only lot left for sale has already been taken through the entitlement process — it’s fully entitled for a 70,000 square foot office/warehouse facility,†Mears said. “It’ll work very well for an owner occupant or a developer to add to their portfolio.â€
The planned development for lots that have sold recently will include storage facilities, commercial builder headquarters, contractor shops and logistics and manufacturing hubs for the Eastern Shore.
