九色视频 鈥 An Easton man already on the sex offender registry for previous child pornography charges is facing additional counts after allegedly breaking his parole.
Thomas Nash III, 33, has been charged with 16 counts of accessing and viewing child pornography. Nash previously served approximately 30 months of a 5-year sentence for possession of child pornography before being released on parole in March.
His previous case, which is now listed as reopened per online court records, charged him with 15 counts of possession of child pornography in Dorchester County. Nash entered an Alford plea in August 2023, meaning he did not admit guilt, but acknowledged in the event of a trial, a jury would likely have enough evidence to convict him.
On May 11, the Talbot County Sheriff鈥檚 Office received notice from the Maryland Department of Parole and Probation that Nash 鈥 a Tier I sex offender subject to electronic monitoring 鈥 had recorded suspicious online activity relating to child pornography.
According to court documents, investigators noted 鈥渘umerous links and searches contained language related to child pornography,鈥 along with access to a private cloud storage website.
Screenshots provided by the Department of Parole showed 34 files that authorities verified to contain child pornography, court documents state.
On June 2, charging documents indicate additional screenshots were provided showing Nash鈥檚 recent internet history, containing 13 more verified child pornography files. A warrant for Nash鈥檚 arrest was filed the same day.
Nash was ordered held without bond on Monday. His next court date is Aug. 3.
