While paying rent and utilities for a shared home and looking for a more permanent place to raise her family, a single mother didn’t know how she was going to pay for Christmas gifts for her son last year.
The mother said her son’s father was not in the picture. Any money she had was going toward securing more stable housing.
She received assistance with their holiday celebration from the Brighter Christmas Fund.
Your donation to the Brighter Christmas Fund could help local families in similar situations provide a holiday celebration for their children.

Donations are tax-deductible.
The administrative costs for the Brighter Christmas Fund are covered entirely by ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ and APG Chesapeake, so 100% of donations go to families in need. For more information about the fund, call 410-200-1884.
